The university list relevant to the year of the award and the qualification conditions are central to the enquiry. A university's reputation or an employer's interest does not replace those requirements.
HPI is different from employer sponsorship and is a time-limited route. Other personal requirements still apply, and later immigration plans need their own consideration. Discuss the qualification and the future you want to build before treating the route as established.
