1. What this policy covers
This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used by the Move Up website. Read it with our privacy policy. Cookies can contain identifiers and are not necessarily anonymous.
2. Essential website functions
Session cookies support security checks, enquiry forms, questionnaires and private service-order access. Blocking these may prevent those functions from working. They are separate from Google Analytics.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand public page visits, campaigns and enquiry actions. Analytics cookie storage is denied by default in the UK, European Economic Area and Switzerland until you allow it. Outside these regions it is enabled by default. Google applies these regional settings and may receive cookieless measurement signals where analytics cookies are denied. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled by this integration.
Our page addresses sent to Google omit query strings and fragments; campaign labels are sent separately. Our analytics events do not include form answers, contact details, documents or enquiry references. Staff, case and payment routes are excluded from this integration.

5. Your choices
Use Google Analytics preferences below to allow analytics cookies or turn this integration off. Global Privacy Control also turns it off. Turning collection off does not delete records already received by Google or existing shared analytics cookies. You can remove stored cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Clearing a saved choice restores the regional defaults on your next visit. Choices may not carry across browsers, devices, subdomains or external services.
6. Payments and external services
When you follow a payment link, Paystack operates its own checkout and may use storage needed to provide and secure payment. Its privacy policy applies there. External social links and other third-party sites have their own policies. We do not use the retired separate browsing journey log.
