British passport assessment
Share the facts you have so the Move Up team can review your question and explain the next steps. This is an enquiry to Move Up, not a government application or an eligibility decision.
Your answers go to Move Up for review. You can go back to change them before submitting. Answers are not saved if you leave or reload this page.

Which question comes first?
A first passport may depend on establishing British status. An existing passport history can provide a different starting point for renewal. A visitor visa assessment cannot answer either question.
What would help you move forward?
Explain whether you have held a British passport and what your connection to British nationality is based on. Move Up can discuss the appropriate review and service scope. A general enquiry does not establish citizenship or guarantee a passport.

What happens after you submit
The Move Up team reviews the information you provide and contacts you about the next steps. You can explain missing evidence or an unusual situation in the questionnaire. Any application, service scope, fees or document requirements will be discussed separately.
This questionnaire helps organise your information for review. It does not determine eligibility or submit an application to a government authority.
