Financial requirements are part of many family-visa discussions. The relevant question depends on the route, the household and the sources of income or funds involved.
Employment, self-employment, savings and other circumstances do not all create the same evidence picture. A headline amount alone cannot explain whether a particular household meets the applicable requirement.
The financial position and the way it is evidenced are linked but separate. An informal calculation is not the same as a case review, especially when circumstances have changed or several sources are involved.
