Introducing Move Up’s New Site

by | Dec 5, 2016 | News | 0 comments

Move Up has taken 2 years to finally get this new infrastructure up and running. In 2014, we began to roll out a three phase business development plan.

Move Up took on new office premises, trained and developed key immigration consultants (phase 1) and aligned our business practice with the UKIASA standards (phase 2). Now with a stronger back-end in place, we are beginning to roll out the next stage of our business develop (phase 3) with the latest website functionality.

Move Up’s end goal is simple. We want to create the best user experience when it comes to travelling from South Africa to the United Kingdom – Making Travel Easy.

Our “Frequently Asked Questions” page really helps clarify the common questions we face daily. It can be seen as a guide to the content available.

VISITOR VISA SOLUTIONS

We have improved upon our old content by relating even better to South African travelers. For example, we have put content together to help clarify frequent concerns about “short stop overs in the UK“. We have also put together a previous unwritten explanation of the ability to “change visitor visa status whilst in the UK“.

To better align with UKIASA standards, we have separated our leisure travel content (“Tourist Visitor visas“) with business travel content (“Business Visitor visas“). We have also further elaborated on permitted activities that each visa grants (to help clarify the British governments expectations).

UK WORK PERMITS

To help clarify the different options available (from a South African perspective), we have separated the work opportunities into sections:

We didn’t stop there. We have put together content to help explain the “UK work permit” even further. Also, we have explained “how South Africans can secure UK job offers” (for those looking) and we have put together what happens when “South Africans get UK job offers” (for those who have received opportunities to work in the UK).

Other hidden gems that we have put together include the explanation of “UK Settlement visa versus UK Ancestry visa“. For those South Africans fortunate enough to have the choice between both visas.

CONCLUSION

This is just the beginning. We have some very new product offerings coming up which will be rolled out next year.

We are going to be implementing an e-commerce function next year, to help streamline the visa (and travel) process. We are also working on a very thorough assessment tool which is going to change the way we travel.

These are just some of the many changes we are going to be implementing. We look forward to helping more South Africans move up.
